Whitesbog Historic Village, located in Burlington County New Jersey, includes a village of restored cottages, farm buildings, gardens and a General Store and the surrounding 3,000 acres of cranberry bogs, blueberry fields, reservoirs, sugar sand roads, and Pine Barrens forests. The General Store is open weekends and offers fruit preserves, chocolates, candies, snacks, drinks and hand-made crafts. The Village hosts living history tours, wagon rides, gallery shows, museum tours, bird walks, moonlight walks, botanical hikes, craft fairs and the annual Whitesbog Blueberry Festival in late June. This year marks 100 years since Elizabeth Coleman White and Frederick Coville developed the first commercial crop of highbush blueberries and we are celebrating with special events all year long.
