Sundry Mornings was officially launched this year (2015), creating small batch spice mixes and sauces from fresh and local ingredients. Run by Miranda Watson, chef and food photographer, who creates items that she feels will add spice to anyones kitchen or dinning room. After working on her photographic thesis project, Hundred Mile Table, Miranda fell in love with her surrounding farms and found herself developing recipes and ideas that she wanted to share with others, using produce and items from local farms and businesses.
