We are a local, traditional maker of raw, organic and probiotic fermented vegetable goodies – sauerkrauts, tonics, and salad dressings. Everything we make is hand-batched and of the highest quality right here in beautiful Berks County, PA. We named the line after our oldest son, Jacob, who has been a huge fan of our ferments since he was a toddler – and because it highlights our mission to bring healthy and tasty ferments into every family’s life. We’ve been making our products since 2008 and we have been eating them for much longer, and we are proud to be bringing our super-healthy products to people throughout the entire Delaware Valley and beyond.
