I am a small batch artisanal cookie company specializing in Shortbread cookies in a variety of unique flavors.
I started my cookie business selling at my local Farmers Market in 2008 after leaving my full time job.
I began by selling a variety of cookies but soon started experimenting with shortbread cookies, adding different flavors, such as honey and lavender and lemon and ginger, just to name a few.
It’s important to me to use local ingredients, when available, for the shortbreads. Honey from a local farm, herbs and lavender, also, locally sourced.
The ingredients in the cookies are the best euro style butter, unbleached flour and pure madagascar vanilla.
